2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use VideoAnalyse for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in VideoAnalyse
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or mirror the materials on any other server

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.

4. Token System and Payments

VideoAnalyse operates on a token-based system. By purchasing tokens, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete payment information
• Authorize us to charge the payment method for the selected token package
• Understand that tokens are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by law
• Use tokens only within the platform for video analysis services

5. Content Upload and Analysis

By uploading video content to VideoAnalyse, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize us to process such content. You retain all rights to your content. We do not claim ownership of any content you submit.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use VideoAnalyse for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

• Uploading content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Uploading harmful, threatening, or offensive content
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the service
• Using automated systems to access the service without permission
• Interfering with or disrupting the service or servers

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

VideoAnalyse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
