At VideoAnalyse, we strive to provide high-quality video analysis services. Due to the nature of our digital services and token-based system, we maintain a strict refund policy. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. Token Purchases

Tokens purchased through VideoAnalyse are generally non-refundable. Once purchased, tokens are immediately available for use in your account. However, we may offer refunds in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical error resulting in duplicate charges
  • Service unavailability preventing token usage within 24 hours of purchase
  • Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification)
  • Tokens purchased but not yet used due to a critical service failure

3. Refund Request Timeline

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered. To request a refund, please contact our support team through the Contact page or email us at support@videoanalyse.co with your order details.

4. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  • We will process the refund within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Any tokens purchased with the refunded amount will be deducted from your account
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed

5. Used Tokens

Tokens that have been used for video analysis are non-refundable. If you have used any portion of your purchased tokens, those tokens will not be eligible for refund. Only unused tokens may be considered for refund under the circumstances outlined in this policy.

6. Service Quality Issues

If you experience issues with the quality of our video analysis service, please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate the issue and may offer:

  • Free re-analysis of the video
  • Token credit to your account
  • Partial or full refund in cases of severe service failure

7. Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe an unauthorized transaction has occurred on your account, please contact us immediately at support@videoanalyse.co. We will investigate the claim and work with you to resolve the issue. You may be required to provide documentation to support your claim.

8. Promotional Offers and Discounts

Tokens purchased during promotional periods or with discount codes are subject to the same refund policy. However, if a refund is issued, the promotional discount will be deducted from the refund amount, and you will be refunded the actual amount paid.

9. Account Termination

If your account is terminated for violation of our Terms of Service, no refunds will be issued for unused tokens. We reserve the right to refuse refunds to users who have violated our terms or engaged in fraudulent activity.

10. Changes to Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
